Boryspil Airport worked in a confident way under peak load times. On 1 July, the day of the final match of the 2012 European Football Championship, Boryspil Airport serviced 630 flights, including flights by business aircraft: 358 - on arrival and 272 – departure. The total number of passengers that used the airport on that day came to over 39,000 people. Passenger traffic of the main air gate of Ukraine – Boryspil Airport – has increased by 11% compared to last year. According to the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, in the first half of 2012 services of the renovated airport were used by 3,833,600 passengers. And over a period of six months the airport served 47,973 flights: 23,977 flights – on departure, 23,996 – on arrival. More
